Modern Muslim jurists have a wide range of symptoms, in the corners of which there are no differences in the work of Islamic law. There is a problem of plastic surgery in law and law, and there is a strong share. Modern plastic surgery is considered, normal pops are popular in operas, political and classical ones are very famous.

This article talks about a problem that the youth of this time have in knowing people’s preference, which is how the youth know our venerable scholars and know the famous personalities of this time such as football players and famous actors. Preferring scholars and knowing them as they crush.

The belief of a person is a very important part in his life, it is one of the pillars of the religion of Islam, in which a Muslim lives from birth until death and even after death. The unity of God is one of his qualities, and in order to establish His Unity, convincing evidence is needed, and one of them dalil at-tamanu. This is a rational proof, which is based on the verse: Had there been therein (in the heavens and the earth) gods besides Allah, then verily both would have been ruined. In the first section, I gave a lexical and terminological definition for dalil at-tamanu, and in the second section, I explained the reliance of predecessors and also modern scholars on dalil attamanu. At the end of the article, I have summed up that will be useful for anyone who wants to specialize in this science.

This article is a brief study of the opinions of Shihab-ad-Din alQalʼubi in the legal issues mentioned by him in his book «Khashiyat al-Qalʼubi ʼala sharkh Ibn Qasim al- Ghazzi» with regard to their contradiction to the fundamental opinion (muʼtamad) of the Shafiʼi juridical school.

In this article, we rely on the book «Hulasat al-Fatawa» by Tahir alBukhari (428–542), the greatest scholar of the Hanafi mazhab, who was born in Bukhara, and consider the expressions used in marriage.

The article is devoted to the study of the position of Taqi adDin ibn Taymiyyah regarding the endless chain of creations. The interpretation of the hadith of Imran ibn Husayn written by the sheikh was used as a source.

The article presents an analysis of the religious situation in the Russian Federation on the basis of an interfaith interactive map of the Russian Federation developed by the Center for Interreligious Dialogue of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy. The map is a way to systematize and visualize the statistical data of registered religious organizations presented on the information portal of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Today we live in a time when people follow the example of people who do not even deserve attention. And we must revive the names of our divine, knowledgeable, working, and speaking the truth, speaking and standing before the enemy, those whom history has recognized for nobility, chivalry, and righteousness. Among the likes of these greats is Sheikh Najm Al-Din Al-Kubra, who was one of the most prominent and greatest scholars of true Sufism, who applied knowledge with action and stood before the enemy and was not afraid of the blame of a critic for God’s sake. Sheikh Najm AlDin Al-Kubra is an example of heroism, courage, and preservation of religion and homeland.

Religious prescriptions in Islam serve to establish strong bonds between man and God, man and society, and man and the environment. Namaz is the most important ritual of worship in Islam. The word namaz is Persian, in Arabic it is the ritual “salat”, the root of the word means “to receive a blessing”, “to pray” in the broadest sense of the word. But in Sharia, prayer is usually understood as a ritual prayer, consisting of certain prayer postures, movements and words. Before performing prayer, it is necessary to believe in its obligatory nature, and also to have ritual purity, i.e. perform ablution.

This article is devoted to the issue of naming on the pages of the journal «Religion and Life» in comparison with the science of the Hanafi madhhab Ibn Abidin. The article discusses the name of the magazine dedicated to the fatwas of 1910. This article analyzes the articles of the journal «Religion and Life» on this issue. The aim of this article is to compare the issue of naming a child based on «Religion and Life» with Ibn Abidin. Research materials: first we researched this from the magazine «Religion and Life», then we looked at this question from scientist Ibn Abidin in the book «Entourage» of Ibn Abidin. The results of the article: scientist Ibn Abidin, as well as the owners of the magazine «Religion and Life» want to preserve the knowledge of the naming of the newborn, as Imam Abu Hanifa agreed and pointed to him. There was no special comparison between the magazine «Religion and Life» and Ibn Abidin. Because most of the editorsin-chief of the magazine took information from Ibn Abidin and other Hanafi scholars. The novelty of the article: the uniqueness of the thesis work lies in the research conducted by the author on the topic nomenclature of the newborn in comparison with the journal «Religion and Life» and the scientist Ibn Abidin.
