The connection between folk names of diseases and the medicine of the prophet (based on the material of the tatar language)

Abstract
The article examines some aspects of the folk names of diseases in the Tatar language. Their origin, semantics and reflection of cultural traditions are analyzed, which allows a deeper understanding of the perception of health and disease in society. Replenishment and enrichment of medical terms of the Tatar language is carried out through the use of both internal and external resources. The main way is, of course, the use of internal resources, i.e. the development and formation of medical terms of the Tatar language at the expense of the language itself, its own word-formation system. However, medicine is an international science, so it is also natural for international elements to enter the Tatar medical terminology system.
