Complexities of the Islamic divorce process in Muslim communities

Abstract

Тhis article is devoted to the study of the key problems faced by Muslims in Russia in the divorce process, and the search for ways to solve them. The little-studied nature of the problem and its relevance are substantiated. It is determined that the Muslim community needs to create departments responsible for the divorce process at all the spiritual administrations of Muslims of the Russian Federation.
