Abstract
This paper discusses a particular topic of Quranic rasm (rules of writing) regarding the «alif» which sometimes is written and sometimes not in the popular edition of quranic mushaf of Madinah Munawwaerh and in two editions of «Kazan basma» published mushaf, particularly the edition of 1803 and that of 1914.
