Manuscript Submission and Review Process
By submitting a manuscript, the author agrees to the terms of the Licensing Agreement (Public Offer) for the publication of materials and undertakes to comply with the publication ethics standards declared by the journal. The author acknowledges that any article published in violation of ethical standards is subject to retraction. The Licensing Agreement (Public Offer) is entered into between the Publisher and the author(s) on the terms set out therein and is legally binding without requiring a signed copy from either party.
Manuscripts are accepted by email at: vestnik@bolgar.academy
The Editorial Board acknowledges receipt of all submissions. Each manuscript is logged with the date of receipt, the full name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation, and contact details (phone number and email address).
The Editorial Board welcomes submissions presenting original research findings that fall within the scope of the journal and comply with its publication ethics standards.
Submitted materials must not have been previously published and must not be under review at any other publication.
Manuscripts must have an originality score of more than 80% as verified through https://antiplagiat.ru. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited, including presenting another person’s work as one’s own, copying or paraphrasing parts of others’ work without proper attribution, and claiming credit for others’ research results.
Manuscripts must be no fewer than 6,000 and no more than 20,000 characters (including spaces) and must be formatted in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines.
Authors must submit the following files:
- Article file
File name: LastName_article (use the surname of the first author, e.g. Ibragimov_article) - Author information file
Include: full name(s) of all authors, academic degree, position, institution(s), institutional mailing address (street, building number, city, country), email address, and phone number. This information must be provided in both Russian and English.
File name: LastName_details (e.g. Ibragimov_details)
Privacy
Email addresses provided by authors will be published in the journal and made publicly accessible. Phone numbers will be used solely for communication between the Editorial Board and the author and will not be shared with any third parties or organizations.
The views expressed in published articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of the Editorial Board. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all information, quotations, references, and bibliographies included in their manuscripts.
Manuscripts that do not comply with these submission requirements will not be considered.
